The body cosigns for the mind. Whatever is not talked about gets held in our bodies. Part of self care is to attune to what our bodies are communicating. Our bodies are smarter than we are so part of this work is to begin to listen to what they need so we can increase the stamina we need to do the work of healing.


As a Certified Integrated Mental Health Provider (CIMHP), I specialize in how to help you find ways to feed your brain so it can do the emotional work of recovering from trauma and stress. This may include a food diary, a nutritional assessment, and/or a referral to other healers to help you meet your goals. If food is being used to numb overwhelming feelings, then we can use what the body tells us to unlock where you are stuck so feelings are expressed and worked through somatically.


This will be a judgement free zone so there is no standard of weight or wellness we aim for. We instead come along side you as we help you reset immunity. Please inquire if you are interested in taking this journey to a healthier mind and body.
